Hi! I’m Richard Hartis. Thank you for pursuing a path of healing and a better future!
Although I enjoy taking the time to help you on your healing journey, I cannot do it in one or two sessions. Dedication and consistency from you will speed up the process of recovery. Due to the situation that brings you to me, the style of treatment you will receive is therapeutic, not spa. Here are the differences to help you decide which treatment is better for you:
Therapeutic: Addresses specific conditions, provides targeted relief, uses moderate to fast-paced modality techniques, is performed with a medical rehabilitative goal in mind, and is more engaged than but not as comfortable as a spa massage.
Spa: Prioritizes relaxation and pampering experiences, often uses aromatherapy to engage the senses, plays soft music to calm the senses, uses slower-paced modality techniques, and is comfortable and relaxing.
My areas of expertise: Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports, and Thai Yoga Table Massage. I also offer Stretch & Mobility Coaching, Joint Opening Assistance (JOA), and Range of Motion (ROM).
Are we a good fit? You and I will be a great fit if your goal is to identify, rehab, and correct issues with the least amount of discomfort as possible while realizing discomfort and pain may be necessary to identify chronic issues. However, allow me to encourage you – Pain is temporary; your health is not! I look forward to serving you!
My availability: Varies from week to week. Check my schedule for the next available opening.

Thai Yoga Table Massage
Using a combination of traditional Thai massage techniques and the comfort of a massage table, it blends passive stretching, joint mobilization, and acupressure, offering a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience. Unlike traditional Thai massage, which is usually performed on the floor with the recipient fully clothed, Thai Yoga Table Massage takes place on a massage table, allowing the therapist to use their bodyweight and leverage to perform a series of gentle stretches and pressure techniques.
Appointments available from 30 to 90 minutes and range from $75 to $165.
