Therapeutic Bodywork

Most services are performed by a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist* (LMBT).* While our spa is a relaxing environment, these therapies do not prioritize relaxation and pampering and may or may not use aromatherapy or music. Rather, the focus addresses specific conditions and provides targeted relief using moderate to fast-paced modality techniques performed with a therapeutic restorative goal. Your recovery process will require dedication and consistency. Open communication is essential while your therapist works to identify, rehab, and address chronic issues and minimize discomfort and pain as much as possible.

Therapies Offered: Acupressure Treatment, Deep Tissue Massage, Integrative Massage, Joint-Opening Assistance, Neuromuscular Therapy, Range-Of-Motion (ROM) Technique, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Stretch & Mobility Coaching, and Thai Yoga Table Massage.

*NOTE: Massage oil is available upon request and clothing removal is optional as most modalities do not require either. When booking multiple appointments for the same day, we ask that you please schedule massage & bodywork services FIRST to ensure the beauty and longevity of your nails, lashes, and skincare treatments. We do not guarantee their longevity if you book them before massage & bodywork services.
